Welcome to 4Rewards. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.
4Rewards is a points collection and rewards platform for consumers. It provides the following features:

Each user can only have one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination.
You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account.
You can also create an account through a participating business's public "Add to Wallet" page, without installing the app — verified via an SMS code sent to your phone number, the same as regular registration. This account is assigned a random password until you choose to set your own via "Forgot Password", if you later install the app using the same phone number. The requirements in Section 3.1 and the one-account rule (Section 3.2) apply equally.
You can invite friends and earn additional benefits. Abuse of the program with fake accounts is prohibited.

The application, logo, design, and all content are intellectual property of 4Rewards. Copying, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
The application may provide access to digital catalogs (menus) of partner businesses, either via QR code scan or directly within the application. 4Rewards operates exclusively as a technology provider for displaying this content and bears no responsibility for the content of the catalogs. The relevant business is solely responsible for the accuracy of prices, quality, availability, and information regarding ingredients or allergens. In case of allergies or intolerances, you must contact the business's staff directly before any consumption. 4Rewards bears no legal or medical liability for issues arising from the content of the catalogs.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and bear no responsibility for, the application's rewards programs, offers, or gifts.
The digital loyalty cards you can add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet are generated by 4Rewards, but their appearance, availability, and update timing are determined by Apple's and Google's own Wallet applications, outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, immediate balance updates, or a specific visual appearance of the card within those applications.

We may terminate or suspend your account for:
In the case of a serious or repeated violation, suspension or termination takes effect immediately, without prior notice, deactivating your access from your next login. If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you can contact us at support@4rewards.app.
You can delete your account at any time. Unredeemed points will be lost.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other corporate restructuring of 4Rewards, these Terms of Service and the related contractual relationship may be assigned or transferred to the successor entity, without requiring your prior consent. The successor entity will be bound by these terms, unless we notify you in advance of a material change, in accordance with Section 14 (Modifications). Continued use of the application after such a transfer constitutes acceptance of it; if you disagree, you have the right to delete your account at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. For non-material changes, modifications take effect immediately upon posting in the application. For material changes (e.g. restrictions to your rights or a change to points validity periods), we will notify you via push notification or email at least fifteen (15) days before they take effect. Continued use of the application after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms; if you disagree, you have the right to delete your account.
These terms are governed by Greek law. The competent courts are the courts of Corfu.
